Service Guarantee
If,
or any reason, you are not satisfied with a job, we will propose
another version as quickly as possible. If the second version
is still not to your satisfaction, you shall have the right to
a partial or total reimbursement.
On
rare occasions, minor delays can occur. We will always keep you
informed in advance of any possible problems. However, in the
event of a late delivery which is beyond an acceptable limit,
and if the delay is directly and only imputable to us, we shall
reimburse up to 100% of the job.
